Sending files to Dollco Printing

You have 3 options for sending files to Dollco Integrated Print Solutions: 

Sending Files to Dollco by Mail or Courier

CDs or DVDs may be sent to your customer service representative at Dollco. Please fill out Dollco's Digital Prepress form and include 100% size lasers.

Note: Dollco does not support files compressed or backed up across multiple disks.

Sending files to Dollco by Email

For best results, compress your files (.zip, .sit,  .rar) and email us at files@dollco.com. This will maintain file integrity and reduce transfer time. Please indicate what publication or job the files relate to, and include the name of your sales representative and/or customer service representative.  

If the compressed file is 4 MB or less, you can send it as an attachment in an email message to files@dollco.com.

Sending Files to Dollco by FTP

If your compressed file is larger than 4 MB or you prefer to send it by FTP, follow the following directions.

When sending files to our FTP site, please compress (.zip, .sit, .rar) and email us at files@dollco.com advising us that files have been sent. Please include the name of your sales representative and/or customer service representative, and the name of the file.  

On Mac OSX using Fetch or similar FTP software:

  • Host name: ftp.dollco.com
  • Username: Anonymous
  • Password: [none -- please leave blank]
  • Click on the Incoming to Dollco folder

For PC users, select any window on your desktop and type in the address bar: ftp.dollco.com. Click on the Incoming to Dollco folder.
